Foster Youth Professional Reception 2010
This event was inspired by the young ladies who participated in an All Purpose Lifeskills Forum Series. This event was their reward for attending, actively participating in the forums by introducing the presenters, working in the group activities, completing assignments, and presenting certificates and writing thank-you notes to our facilitators. This event was their opportunity to thank all the volunteers and staff who made the forum series a success and to speak to professionals who are currently working in a career they are interested in learning more about. The young ladies received their certificates of completion and were made aware of how many community members are very proud of them and are willing to provide support to them. A very powerful message. Thank you all for making this heard so clearly!
